    PP Laminated Kraft Paper Bag is a composited bag with three layers which is outer paper+ middle coating + inner pp woven fabric. Its construction is similar to the bopp laminated pp woven bag. The out paper and inner pp woven fabric are glued together by lamination machine through coating layer which is made by HDPE and LDPE mixed. PP laminated pp woven bag's strength is higher than multiwall paper bags: the inner layer of the product is PP or PE woven fabric so it has a strong anti-puncture, anti-tear characteristics than paper. PP Laminated Kraft Paper Bag are suitable for the packaging and transportation of chemical raw materials, food additives, animal feed phamaceutical additives, building materials and other materials,


    What kind of paper we can use?

    We normally use kraft paper with brown color or bleached white color, weight GSM is from 60 to 90g as customer requirement.

    What kind of printing we can have?

    There has ways for the paper printing, one is flexo printing on the back seam bag making machine, it is suitable some simple graphic or logo with max 3 colors. Another way is printing the paper on the high speed flexo printing machine then get lamination, it will has mor accurate color match and high speed printing.


    What is back seam?

    Back seam is the one of the constructions for the laminated pp woven bag.

    When we weave the fabric in tubular, it will be cut into flat fabric then get BOPP or paper lamination, then glue the flat fabric into tubular again the glued part is called back seam. Compared to tubular laminated pp woven bag, the back seam bag will not have coated edges on the both sides, and it can make gussets in a easy way.
